Product Description

POE plastic is a thermoplastic elastomer in situ polymerization of ethylene and octene using metallocene catalyst. Its characteristics are as follows :(1) the soft crimped chain structure of octene and the crystalline ethylene chain as physical cross-linking point, which makes it both excellent toughness and good processability. (2) There is no unsaturated double bond in the molecular structure of POE plastic, which has excellent aging resistance. (3)POE plastic has narrow molecular weight distribution and good compatibility with polyolefin. (4) Good fluidity can improve the dispersion effect of filler, but also improve the strength of fusion mark products.

Application.1)Mainly used for toughening PP,PE ,PA in automobile industry manufacturing bumper, fender, steering wheel, pad and so on.2)Insulation and sheathing with high requirements for heat and environmental resistance in wire and cable industry.3)Also used for industrial products such as hose, conveyor belt, rubber cloth and molded products.4)Medical appliances and household appliances, sporting goods, toys, etc., as well as packaging film, etc

It is mainly used for modifying and toughening PP, PE and PA in the automotive industry to make bumpers, fenders, steering wheels, gaskets and so on. Wire and cable industry on the heat resistance and environmental resistance of high insulation layer and sheath. Also used in industrial products such as hose, conveyor belt, tape and molded products. Medical devices and household appliances, stationery, toys, etc.,as well as packaging film, especially suitable for low smoke halogen-free resistance fuel; Cosmetic, food and other hose packaging; Sport sole foam in the bottom, outsole, etc.; Flame retardant master material; Stretch film, winding film, all kinds of cling film; Also used in industrial pressing products such as hose, conveyor belt, tape and molding products.
